With over 10yrs of fitness industry experience and 4yrs of outdoor recreation, Iam now training and inspiring people to improve themselves, through empowering programs and education.
With many long endurance events under my belt and about to embark on my next challenge, i'm not a person that just talks or dreams about fitness, i participate to live the dream!
