I am 37 years old and I have been involved with fitness for the last 18 years. It is so incredible what the body will allow you to do if trained properly. I started by doing 30 minute cardio sessions and some crunches all at home. Today I have successully completed 4 marathons, and 4 half marathons. Although running has been a strong focus for the past 2 years, I am also involved with boxing, plyometrics, spinning, and weight training. I love all kinds of fitness. For me it is no different then brushing my teeth. Working out keeps mt physically and mentally healthy. It is the one thing I do for myself everyday and I LOVE IT!
I want everyone to see and feel what fitness can do for them. I want to share this awesome gift. I love wroking with people and leading them to a healthy and happier lifestyle. My training includes circuits with both weight and cardio intervals, core strength and endurance building drills. I want to show you what you are capable of when you set your mind to it. I belive that determination, commitment and support equals long term success. My goal with my clients is to make fitness fun. I want them to look forward to their workouts. This is a long term journey and it should be exciting. To watch your body physically change and to have your mind thinking more positive is all exciting and attainable.
